So what sets Lisa Nelle apart?

Our garments are not mass produced. We sew and design each and every piece here in our Los Angeles studio. From sourcing our beautiful fabrics, to embellishing, to sewing, we take care every step of the way. You won’t find asymmetry in a print that should be symmetrical. You won’t find messy glue on the fabric. And you certainly won’t find threads flying every which way from our seams. Why? Because our team takes pride in our work; we all have a common goal we work toward every day -- making you look your best.

It’s easy to spot a Lisa Nelle in the ring. Lisa’s esthetic is always fresh and modern and completely unique. We love and admire the work of our favorite designers, and are often inspired by what we see. But we NEVER copy other designers. Over the years we’ve had the unfortunate experience of finding garments that are exact copies of our designs. We’ve even found a company copying and pasting our wording from our website! Lately there's been quite a bit of controversy on social media about companies purchasing knock-offs from manufacturers overseas. We get emails almost every day from these manufacturers, and the garments tend to be low-quality and offered at low prices. For a customer on a budget, the temptation is somewhat understandable...but for a retailer to knowingly purchase a copy is simply unacceptable. We know all too well that terrible feeling of violation when your art is stolen. This is why we feel it's so important to support designers and artists in all industries.
