Returns & Exchanges
We guarantee your satisfaction for every item purchased from Lisa Nelle Show Couture. If you should ever receive incorrect or damaged merchandise, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
7 Day "Try On" Policy
Our 7 day 'try on' policy allows you to decide whether or not an item is right for you, and also helps us operate efficiently by processing returns and exchanges quickly.
Please note: Custom garments or altered ready-to-wear items such as shortened sleeves or hemmed pants are final sale and no returns can be accepted. Items marked "final sale" in the website listing cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift Cards are final sale and are not redeemable for cash unless the remaining balance is under $10.
Requests for returns or exchanges of ready-to-wear apparel may be made for ANY reason within 7 days of delivery; request for returns or exchanges will not be accepted after the 7 day 'try on' period.
If you decide to return your items, please contact us prior to shipping your garment back by filling out the form below and we'll be in touch shortly to process your request. Returned packages must then be postmarked within 7 days of your approved return request.
Returned merchandise must be unworn and unaltered with original tags attached. We reserve the right to grant a partial refund for packages postmarked outside the return period or for obviously worn, altered or damaged items. Garments must be safely packaged and insured for the full purchase price. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss or damage to uninsured packages.
Unless the return is due to our error, both original and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
